From Sub Fennica (review of Neogenesis)

``This album is kind of hard to review.. It is very diverse material and quite original pseudo-musickal ambient/industrial with some gothick overtones (only slight).. The CD sleeve picture looks like it's came straight from some deeply deranged schizophrenic's mind, showing two green humanoid faces with nails and eye's in their mouth.. The music is like an sonic interpretion of the sleeve-picture. Distorted guitars, echoes, computer generated beats and twisted and weird vocals is what Eyescale is about.. It is quite odd that they do not try to be "evil" or Dark, like the majority of these kind of bands. Yet their music more of the avantgarde, an hybrid of different "dark" styles..´´
